The Clock Ticks (Part 3)

*sigh*

There was a check list that I have for when I turn 40.

It was a long list. (Anyways I lost the list) LOL

I do know that I have achieved one important point in that list…. I am happily married.

Now for some points that I have failed.

Millionaire!

Yes, I wanted to be a millionaire before I turn 40. I am a long way from that!

Still working my ass off for a living.

Retire!

I want to retire early. I want to enjoy my freedom while I am still young. (Life starts at 40)

If I retire in the next few months, I am gonna be broke. Need a better financial plan.

Landed Property!

I wanted a big house with a spacious ground.

Now I am in a condo with no land.

I want cats and koi pond.

Still a goal.

2 more months before I reach 40.

What are the chances that I will achieve it in 2 months.
