Smoking Room

I have been in a lot of smoking rooms.

In Singapore, Thailand, Japan and all over Malaysia.

Normally it is the bare necessity.

Some is like an after thought with bad ventilation.

Changi’s “smoking room” is an open air garden.

Imagine my surprise when I entered Le Meridean, Kota Kinabalu’s smoking room.

It is very very nice!

It feels like a bar with a romantic ambiance.
